Thats awsome buddy...I was acculy thinking about it the other day before I saw urs, seems dumb to spend hundreds on a new fender when you can cut ur own. When you say fiberglassing between the flaps, is that like, Putting fiberglass in the holes or what? I'm kinda confused...

yah buddy break hp is at the flywheel. Think about it, breaks are before the wheels. WHP is usually lower, because of more resistance due to the wheels, and other components.
