Re: another car
They've got insane turbo potential too. Got one that lives down the street from me thats at like 440 whp. With parts on hand for 1000 at like 50 psi. Modified Mag did an article on it a few months ago. Shop's called Cybernation Motorsports down here in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. That thing has such a...

Re: Got Boost?
Nope, it's an RB25DET...found in the R33 skyline...the GT-S I think it is. The RB26's are in the R34 GT-R's I think. Nearly the same motor...small differances. I coulda done an RB26 swap..but that takes more fabrication than I really have the time or money for. The RB25 is pretty much plug and play....

Re: Problems
Oh yeah, and as to the price for doing the auto to manual swap. That can depends on about a million different things. I think the average I've heard is anywhere from 600 to 1000 bucks U.S.D. But I could be wrong about that. It's all a matter of where you get your parts from really.

Re: Problems
Well if you want to really keep the mx-3..I'd say just do the MTX swap. Should definatley be cheaper than rebuilding the ATX. Even if you have a shop do the labor and all for you the price should still be a bit lower. It also depends on how trashed your ATX is. And the RX-8 is a pretty nice car by t...

Re: I just found this
Yeah this one's been discussed for a while. Only reason he didnt design it with a FMIC for stage one is that the OEM bumper needs some minor cutting to get the IC to fit right. And he didnt want to deal with having some people complain about having to cut their bumper's. I think he said for stage 2 ...

Re: L10 Tranny In
It was something like 3500 bucks or so..mighta been a bit less. Cant remember off the top of my head. For the external cooler, well I've already bypassed the OEM tranny cooler and put an aftermarket one on. So Im going to just keep that anyways. Still has a lot of work to go on it though.

L10 Tranny In
Well, I was going to just go ahead and do a 5 speed swap. But for some odd reason I decided to do something different and just bout an ATX from level 10. So now I've got a bulletproof tranny...and a nice new engine on the way. Wonder what kinda numbers I'll be able to get outta an atx
