Re: Using K8 IM on KLZE.....
Why don't you adapt the pulley of your throttlebody? Put some rubbers in your enginemounts and lift the rear enginemount by using afew rings? It'll work, we've done it 2 times before. It takes some time, but it's worth the effort.

$400 for the installations is a very good price! Nice to see some people want to help others out.

Re: i need swap help
Talon info isn't correct about the second point
1. You can use both fuel rails, no problem
2. Use you stock mx-3 distributor the klze WON'T work
3. I can sent you some pictures of the vris I have a few klze engines around here, so that won't be a problem.

Different klze ecu question
I'm doing a klze swap now in a obd2 mx-3 from '98 mtx. I going to use a klde obd2 ecu and a 2.5 vaf. What klde ecu do I need, I heared their are 2 types of obd2 ecu's for the mtx.

I get some klze ecu's, probably in about a week, I can sell you one for the same price as lazzy. I'm not trying to steal customers from Shawn, it's just becaurse he can't get them soon enough. To everyone, Shawn is a great guy to deal with!!

Re: UK KLZE
KLZE engine *800pounds (can get you one) New clutch *175pounds KlZE ecu *160pounds (can also get you one) Oil/coolant/filter*40 Fitment is no problem as long as you did your research. Parts like waterpump, belts, sparkplugs can either be used from the klze or can be swapped over from the k8. But it ...

Only the newer models came with airbags. About the headlights, the lenses are made out of glass, not Plastic as in the US.

Re: Chance IAC
Sorry for the spelling error, I must have been sleeping or something like that. I changed my eunos800 iac with a stock k8 but now the engine is really stuttering at 2000rpm, I'm not sure the iac was working properly before, so I'll guess I'll have to chance them again.

Re: are these times normal for a kl-ze?
They are, use the je50 vaf with the j-spec ecu and you'll shave off another .3/.5 sec.
