I haven't tried the kl62 with a maf, because I didn't need it for my own setup. With a maf wired in you still need to get the mtx to work, since it's made for an atx. I've pulled it from a j-spec xedos9 but never did anything with it.

Where you from? I got some in stock! The head stamps should be k31101 and kl311a1. the straight neck can be fitted, but it's quite a hassle.

He has the newer type of ecu, so the je50 vaf with a kl36 or kl31 ecu won't go, because the connectors won't fit. we used the original ecu, just as is. We used the fpr to correct the fuel delivery, and ofcourse the probe/mx6 vaf and it'll run quite nice on it as tested on the dyno. Hope I could be o...

Jep, A Klze from Holland, in fact, we sell klze engines and swaps. My own black mx has a klze in it for almost two years now and still going very strong. But within a month she'll have a nice kompressor by her side to push her to 300bhp. We did put a klze into a 98 mx-3 (a longneck yehhh!), it had a...

Re: Longneck KLZE Pics

To make a longneck klze fit, isn't that hard. There are a few thing you need to do. 1. the front enginemount take it out, drill some new holes so it'll lower the engine in the front, a good 2/3cm is more than enough. 2. Fill your front and back enginemounts, you can either use the rr-racing inserts ...

Hey, that shop looks familiar to me, wait....it's our workshop! lol. Glad your happy with the klze swap. Ofcourse we made everything fit right, we don't want people killing themselves because they don't have any brakes! In about a month we'll finish our own car and have an eaton kompressor mounted o...

Re: Using a k8 iac on a eunos800 throtlebody

I didn't use any liquid gasket, I'll try it with some this week. But I don't think that's the problem, there is a rubber seal and I tightend the iac extremely good, since we use airtools it's quite easy, just chance the torquerate. But we'll see, when I get my own computer back I'll have some pics o...

Re: Using a k8 iac on a eunos800 throtlebody

Oke, I checked the codes. The codes on the throttlebody are k801 195900 3440 1110. The codes on the aic are (k8)195890 0010 9109. And the k8 iac really doesn't have any vacuum hookups, in fact I haven't seen a iac with a vacuum hookup. Maybe it doesn't have it on European mx's.

Re: Using a k8 iac on a eunos800 throtlebody

Right now I'm using the 1.8 throtlebody without any problems, but I just wanto use the klze throtlebody. The klze and 1.8 iac look COMPLETELY similar, I've seen many many 1.8 and klze iac, but over here the k8 iac doesn't have a vacuum hookup, just like the klze iac only 2 coolant hookups. So I trie...
