Are you running your original ecu?
Tps reading of 0.55 volts are also no problem!

Don't worry, you probably got one of the newer klze's. I had a customer with exactly the same engine kl101 and kl1a1 heads, D-shape intake and square for the intake manifold. He had it on a dyno and pulled 201hp (175whp).

If it's a curved neck one, it still could be a klze with 200hp. We had one too, installed it, put it on a dyno and it had 175whp. Could you post a pic.

Been there done that, use a kl02 vaf sensor from a probe or mx-6. Buy a universal fpr, any, just as long as you can set it to 40-43psi and your set to go. Only your vris will be off. A customer with the same setup had it on the dyno and pulled 194hp. By the way, the vaf is the sensor between the air...

You can either swap it or drill it, no problem with either one. I tried both for all the klze swaps, bur personaly I prefer swapping, but drilling isn't that much work either.

I got the time/money and fully equiped garage, but I don' t see how the 323 awd tranny would hold over 400hp, else their woudn' t be much use for an awd setup. I have looked quite abit into an awd conversion and the closed so far seems an audi S3 tranny, even the wheelbase is about the same and it's...

Nope, I don't have the maf, but it shouldn't be too hard to get those on ebay. I did look for some info about the kl62 some time ago and there are afew people who managed to make the klze run properly with a maf and mtx. It is possible, but it'll take alot of your time and effort. But hey, it's the ...
