But i've been doing some reading and...if i take off my stock spoiler, it wont have that black piece underneath like on the 4cyl RS's? correct? I'm going to have to get that black piece and then mount a spoiler onto that? ...

I hate fisheyes, Go for the repaint. Because buffing them out depending how bad they are really thins the clearcoat. Keep in mind those cheap paint jobs are not color changes. They will not do your door jams etc and they only offer that deal when business is slow.
