Well its almost done, may be soon. I did my first dyno session last thursday. All went as I thought it would (NOT ALL GOOD) Nothing broke and only had to minor issues. Redline is 10500, I only went to 7000 on the dyno. The car was at 140 mph at that rmp. Here is a press release from the last NHRA ra...

Re: Dyno and then track
This Friday is the next Sports Compace shootout. Are you taking the car to compete? or will someone else be king.

Dyno and then track
The 92 rs with the Racing Mazda turbo kit, Dyno # at 15 psi turned out 318.8 whp and 301 trq. At the track that Friday night it ran 12.1 @ 117 mph with a 1.9 60 ft. We hope to have it at the track again this friday and get videos. It was good enough for 2nd place at the local monthly sports compact ...

How much HP can a SOHC hold
I am having much fun with my RS. I love what 15 psi feel like. I am going to sell the proto-type kit. Then drop a 1.8 into it.
But first I will add a TEC III 550cc and see what it will hold to. I am aiming for 300 on the stock motor. I did that many times on the 1.6 miata.

Re: it's here...all new turbo kit for Sohc!!!
I have seen some front mount. However If I did that, the next complain will be that no one want to cut their car. making mega power on this engine was not the goal. It was to make a Cheep kit to get owners started. The stages were done for those with more funds available. I am sure a built single ca...
