Re: strange over steer
Been a while since I've been here. Just wanted to update this post. it was indeed a very worn strut. replacing the rear struts solved the issue.

strange over steer
I've been noticing some kind of scary over steer lately. The last mod I did that could affect handling is a front strut tower brace. Has anyone noticed this with a front STB? I go around curves and if there's a rough patch I can feel the back end vibrate and start to break loose. Had a scary unexpec...

Re: WTB: Double stack console
If someone is still looking for this I have one, but the guy who had the car previously painted a lot of the interior. Badly. Whatever paint was used on the top lid part of the console has turned into a sticky mess. So the lower part can be repainted and could be decent. but the very top lid, would ...

[FS] Chrome interior door handles
I have a set of good chrome handles, see Appearance forum, "Installing chrome Miata handles". These are ready to swap right in they don't have the extra piece that has to be removed, and they have the same plastic rod clips the MX-3 uses. Easy to do, I just swapped mine around in the parki...

Re: [WTB] Intake pipe /tube non plastic
So I went and looked at the RS and now I don't think this is what you want. they used the stock plastic intake pipe, and just have a metal adapter after the airflow meter. here's a pic of what I have. If you want the adapter plate you can just have it.

Re: [WTB] Bumper stock
Dont know if you got this yet, but I have one for you I think the physical condition is good. It was originally white, but now badly painted in dark blue, So to have it look nice will take some sanding and repainting. I'd want $50 for it.

Re: knock sensor bypass
So since my KLZE swap I've gotten a KS CEL code. Installed a new sensor and still got the code, didnt care much since I could tell the engine wasnt knockiing. Also I've been getting a strange sluggishness in the in the mid-upper RPM range. Never put it together that these were related. Last night I ...

Re: [WTB] 93 Full non mouse seat belt system - Attn Canadian
Darn, I've been counting on being able to get this fixed free. My belts have been broke since I got the car. Hopefully the previous owner never had them done. I cant have a passenger in the car because of this. Luckily the drivers side belt is stuck in the on position. So I just put the lap belt on ...

Re: Anti-Drop Bracket help
In spirit I agree with you, kind of a "use the right tool for the job" kind of thing. But as I said here in the US that's getting to be a hard philosophy to live be when working with the MX-3.
