Did you try cleaning and lubing the throttle spring?

I'm Looking for a harness because I damaged my original harness and don't feel like repairing the i have as some shielded wire are broken and it seems to be a pain to fix this. I would prefer a 2 coolant plug harness but I can remove the old one from mine and add it.

But as I have so far... I have attached the outer tie rods and bolted the rack to the mx3 subframe. I do have pics to add later.
