You are using it only for information..Not to control the ecu.is the ecu stock?

As far as i know in wot situation the stock ecu ignores the narrow signal.In closed loop the ecu takes order from the o2 sensor from 0-1v When you use piggy back you can tune it in a way that you will work only with the wideband in open and closed loop or it is necessary to have the narrow band work...

So from what you say stock ecu can not work with wideband.. And something else.some people replace it with the stock sensor position,some other put it in new place. When you put it in a new place,you must disconnect the existing narrow sensor from ecu to wire the wideband? Or you leave it as it is a...

I have heard that this sensors have output from 0-5v and stock ecus(i don't know about b6d) can't handle above 2v?Or somewhere in this range..

Ok i was thinking of changing my 02 sensor header with wideband. The question is can the stock ecu handle the output voltage of this sensors? I want to go with wideband cause in the faar future i am planning for a turbo bp...So instead of getting a narrow and after a wideband,why don't choose it fro...
