well i gots a 92 MX-3 1.8 V6... got CAI and thats bout it... 204K miles on it... when the car idles on its own its fine but when i put it in first it will build idle up to bout 1500-1800 then drop to like 500 then build back up... but only sometimes... cold warm.... doesnt matter... any thoughts if ...

its exactly like that Ryan... its a great idea if someone wants to go crazy(like me) and put a twin turbo set up for the 2.5 v6 cuz it totally eliminates the problem of engine bay space as well as provide passive cooling becuz the turbo to intake piping is cooled via the air traveling under the car....

I saw something about them a few years back and apparently they've been doing pretty welll i thought of using it for my my gs afte the kl swap...i saw them do it in a twin turbo setup on the new lexus IS-F and it looked pretty damn sweet... anythoughts or snide remarks are always appriciated.... jus...

so i found this site called yourhotcar.com... they claim to have projector headlight and some nice tail lights the guaruntee a good fit... ima try them soon as i aquire the funds.... anyone heard or seen them b4 any input would be great but i dont mind being a guini pig

It is smoking out the pipe I don't see any smoke any where else. When I put the belt on I only had enough money for the belt and a tensioner so I can get too and from work. I jus need the car to pass smog so if the whir smoke is coolant are there any aDditives I can add to it to at least pass smog? ...

So I finally got my k8 bak with a new belt and tensioner. But but it is smoking it's white smoke and smells like an engine lol qanyways any thing I should check or change I jus need it to pass smog after that it can smoke all day for all I care....to an extent any additives any seals that need to be...

First what's a good exaust for my k8 and how will it do with the kl swap. Also when I had my 07 eclipse I had a HKS Hi-Power Carbon Edition. I believe it was 170mm can and 4in tip. Will that rob any power¿?

So when it did run it ran rich enought to smoke and fail a smog. Could bad timing cause this cuz my tensioner was bad at the time now it's gone any thoughts or things to inpect while the car isn't/can't run
