Mine does that too. Are you sure it's electrical? I suspect the brake booster has a vacuum leak. That's what I think mine is. Check for Vac leaks elsewhere as well. You can look for them everywhere but the brake booster by spraying a little bit of starting fluid in the engine bay. If it revs higher,...

Ok ,The Valve cover gasket.
I liked the fact that it was so simple and easy. Everything looks pretty simple on this car. I like it when an engineer designs a car with the thought that he might have to work on it someday.
