Ok, i just went out and loked at it, and popped it out of the head. it looks just like a PCV valve, and it has a tuber running from it, to my intake manifold...did i find it? and please explain why there is a hose there. I read that it is for the gases that build up, it runs them back into the intak...

Thats what I figured, but my coworkers keep denying what you guys are saying, its confusing, haha. He says that is a big plug, that cant possibly be on top of the engine is more liekly the EGT. wtf?

My car runs normally at about 12-1500k rpm when its not surging....how do I lower the idle speed? I really have no idea, the idle screw is all the way down. advice?

yea, there are a lot of weights on it, I parked my car in a far away parking lot, if I had parked it closer I would go count how many are on it right now...lol. But its also very cold outside...ha.
But, I will see if I can get my wheels balanced and aligned..see if that solves the problem.
