i cant tell, i dont have a mirror to check, or anyway to tell where exactly its leaking from, ill have to have the mechanic check it out.

damn.,...i just went out with a co worker to check it out, refilled it with water, adn cranked it up...looked under the car, adn it looked like it was pissing water...:( he said that the w/p has a hole in it where it activates when the pump goes bad to allow coolant to get out so the engine dont blo...

well from what I read, bleeding the system doesnt take very long, is there anyway to clean out the water pump without having to buy a new one? I would think there was.

I did jack it up, and its dripping on the edge of the oil pan...so thats why i figured it was comming from my belts area. So, you guys think its my water pump? is that an expensive fix?

Ok, so how do you think i should get the pressure to where it should be to fix the problem? You think too much pressure in the water pump could cause it to leak this bad?

Is a coolant dye available at autozone or anything?
I havent done anything with the waterpump since i got the car almost 5 months ago. And why would it suddenly start leaking randomly after fixing the IAC cooant line? Is that normal? lol

I was thinking that, but why would my water pump suddenly start leaking right after I fixed the busted coolant line on my IAC? Also, i checked my vaccuum lines near the IM, and I cant find any that are disconnected, but my car still has a rolling idle :( What else could be the problem? And I didnt c...

Neither do I ryan..lol. my weekend has been really bad to me...lol...Im taking the car to pepboys on monday to have them give me a wheel balance and alignment, put a hose on my IAC, and see if they can fix my rolling idle problem. but thats only if i can make it home tonight...lol

yea, that is true, but its also good to have a spare. like im sure just about everyone on this forum does...haha. Once I get my own house with my fiance, ill have a nice garage and I can actually really work on my car, instead of dabbling in the street...lol

I worked on it last night, and found that it was in fact, the rubber end of the spark plug wire. So I got that out with a small metal pick, and changed out the spark plug finally... Then I took back out the TB, and put that PCV line where the coolant line was, and put it all back together and fired...
