Yeah, that sounds good, as for a price, A wrecker in Vancouver said he would give me one for 60. but how does 90 bucks plus shipping sound, and how did you want me to pay?

Okay, so I pulled the the bolts off the top of the timing cover, pulled it pack and the belt still had tension and went around the pulley's I could see. so it's not that, thankfully. I'm not so keen on dropping 400 hundred buck for a new distributor or ecu, anyone know a place that has either??

Yeah, I did the swap back in march. I replaced the timing belt when I did the swap, but i will check that asap. and as Solo Ryder said it is OBD2.

I was on my way to work friday morning and stopped at a stop light, and my engine rpm's increased, to about 1300 for a second, then down to sub 500 then my engine died. I tried to fire it back up but it just turned over and wouldn't start. After work I checked to see if it had spark and it didn't so...

Does Jumping the 10 Pin to ground work for setting the TPS with an OBD 2, and the Pin schematic off the Diagnostic Box is gone... So not to sure which is what.. other than the surge though, the engine is working great. I got the Cruise control working again and a few other small issue's worked out.

Ok, So I Had a friend who is a heavy duty mechanic helping me put the engine in and apparently he had 2 of the plug wires crossed.... I could KILL him..lol, and yes my car is much much faster now... so that is one issue solved... Now the engine seems to sporadically surge between 1000 and 1500 rpm's..

Yeah, I jumped Ground to 10 and checked the timing, and adjusted it accordingly. I'm going to get a compression test done today if i Can. And I will let you all know what the results are. Not really to stoked on putting a another motor in, lol
. So lets hope compression is good.

Yeah, I checked the timing, jumping 10 to ground, I'm going to attempt to get a compression test today, So I will let you all know how that goes... I'm hoping for the best, I don't really want to pull this engine out and put another one in, but I will if I have to..and it is still covered under the ...

I recently Swapped A curve Neck KLZE engine into my 1996 MX-3 GS. The Swap went well and the engine fired up on the third day.In the transmission I replaced The pressure plate, Clutch disc, Throw out and pilot bearing, I replaced the water pump, and the Timing Belt as well as all other belts, Plug w...
