Fifth has gone out
When I bought my mx-3 a few months back, it took a couple tries to get the tranny in fifth. When I first started driving it, it would grind every once in a while letting the clutch out, but then after about two weeks it would never grind and it would just take anywhere from 1 to 10 tries to get it ...

Re: Newb sunroof ?
I'm actually going to start prepping the car for a roll on paint job, as it's currently pretty rough, so that's not a big deal. Only problem I'm seeing is that according to the manual it has to slide back at least three inches to take it off, but mine doesn't slide back at all. I'll try to figure ...

Re: Newb sunroof ?
Yeah, that's exactly what I think is happening. Now it just stays in the popped up position, doesn't slide back at all. I can hear the chain not grabbing at all, it just skips.

Newb sunroof ?
How far does the stock sunroof open up? I searched but didn't find an answer. On some it's just lifted up, but others it slides back? Reason I ask is my sunroof doesn't work right. When I open it, the right side (pass) will begin to slide back, but the left side stays put, and then it gets stuck. I ...

Re: Automatic Seatbelt Recall: Lifetime Warranty?
So I took it and it went through smoothly. Seemed like they have gotten them before, since the guy knew what I was talking about instantly. Just got to wait for the parts to come in now.

Re: Automatic Seatbelt Recall: Lifetime Warranty?
Yeah, I was talking about the seatbelt motor. I read the document over and saw it said the motor was included, so hopefully I can get it in soon. I couldnt find a sticker that said it was fixed before too, so I should get it easily. Thanks for the help.

Re: Automatic Seatbelt Recall: Lifetime Warranty?
OK, that makes it better. What about the motor? Can that still fall in with the recall? It could've burnt out because of it right? I will call and see, I just want to know if I should keep pushing for it if they say the motor has nothing to do with the recall for the drivers side. Thanks once again.

Re: Automatic Seatbelt Recall: Lifetime Warranty?
So it's a one time thing to get it fixed free? Does anyone know if Jovian2k got his fixed for free after the first one?

Re: Automatic Seatbelt Recall: Lifetime Warranty?
Hey guys, new owner of a 92 GS. I just got it today and like the rest, the automatic seatbelts don't work. I put a fuse in for the belts and you can hear the passenger side motor, but not the drivers side motor. I'm guessing the passenger's will be able to be fixed for free, but not the drivers side ...
