My speedometer has stopped working. :(

The sensor and all the cables have been checked at a shop, and they say nothing seems to be wrong with any of those parts - it's most likely the actual instrument that's broken. My MX-3 is a 1992 model, (1.8L V6)

Maybe it's possible ...
