Re: 94 mazda mx3 - 1.6L, 5speed - driver side axle problem

Hi! So, there's a spring clip that sits on the axle that holds it inside the transmission (part #1 in the manual link below). There are many methods that people say get these things out. http://www.mx-3.com/manuals/showimg.php ... _M-028.gif Here's a few thread from the forum on the issue. They shou...

Re: [WTB] Driver's Power Window Switches

So here's my switch rebuild thread http://mx-3.com/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=38&t=72042 If you look at this image, you can see that the OEM window switches are a row of 5 pins. http://people.cs.uchicago.edu/~jamessuh/mx3/95switchwireadded.jpg The 626 used a 3x2 layout for the pins instead (like thi...

I put the whole setup on the back burner, but I was doing the DIY setup and not a PNP microsquirt. I wouldn't know where to start.

Re: [WTB] Driver's Power Window Switches

Hey, So the windows switches on these cars tend to go out after time. They are usually pretty high priced anywhere you can find them. I have rebuilt mine with a set of switches stolen out of a late 90s 626, and if you look through my posts you can find a link in there. The Facebook page sometimes ha...

Hey, welcome to the forums man! They're pretty much an archive of information anymore and not overly active. There are a few of us that like to stick around here for old times sake. Yeah the Mazda B-series engine was used in a huge variety of cars around the world. I'm personally only experienced wi...

Re: Demonic1's "Phoenix" 92 RS BP

So, I replaced most of my interior bits with black. Replaced my seats (93 blue-black) and didn't even have to skin a passenger. Got the carpet done too. Few little bits to finish off the look. Last weekend (US Thanksgiving) I blew a wheel cylinder in my passenger drum. I decided to install the major...

Re: Josh's AWD Worklog

Here's one of the last images of it before the scrapyard. He's currently building an RX-2 and planning on putting the engine in that. I live like 10 miles from him, I can go take pictures of the empty spot if you'd REALLY like. My car is wearing the silver hood that belonged to the legend. This was ...
