i disagree with you. you will never get as much boost out of an over sized pulley on the crank then you will with the shaft. with the shaft you can vary the pulley sizes to get almost any boost level you want within the capability's of the charger. show me a pic make me a believer that it will fit b...

a m62 will not fit in ac location without major mods to the frame of the car so thats out. i dont want a turbo because i am building the car for road race and autocross, i dont want the lag. shaft driven m62 is only option.

i am with mooneggs on this one, i have a exedy clutch and love it. i too autocross and it has held up just fine. it doesnt slip at all mated to the ze even after 2 years of aggresive driving. stick with a less aggressive clutch and save your tranny

keep your tranny and your 5th gear and be done with it

another thing i was thinking but know i dont have the money for is swap the mazdaspeed 3 motor in. that would be sweet, 265 horse right out of the box. to much fab work though

if i do go supercharged de route i have the m45 i think (supercharger off mercedes) and i want to put that in place of the ac and a front mount i/c. i just dont know how to regulate the boost running to the motor on a supercharged setup

so no one likes the bpt option.... i was kind of thinking that might be the best route because it is something like 205 stock already turbocharged, lighter, and less cost to build. am i wrong?
