I just picked up a 6spd '04 GT RX8 for $13,000 in Canadian dollars with 80,000km (50,000mile) on it about 2 months ago.

I'm happy with it so far.

But I agree that people STILL rag on these cars for issues that have been LONG fixed.... Mazda released these cars prematurely with a poor map on the ...

It's actually the muffler that really only needs to be replaced. Is it the stock one? Still have the flange on it? I want to avoid having to bring to a shop for welding.

Need a catback exhaust, preferably stock muffler for v6 model. Hopefully someone upgraded and needs to offload their original.

I had a similar issue it would always blow warm air and never quite heat up up like my previous vehicles.

I sourced the problem to the pipe hanging half way off the blower motor, passenger might have inadvertently kicked it off... Blows really hot now!

Check up under the passenger side foot well ...

It's definately a no to the dinner for me.

On a side note does any one around here Autocross they're MX-3?
Are there any options for me on an adjustable shock (besides a KONI insert)?

I just bought a bone stock faded red '93 MX-3 GS with 314,000km on it.... lol

Don't let the mileage fool you; this still pulls VERY strong, no smoke and in perfect mechanical and body condition. The only bad side is the interior looks like a grenade went off in there ...

I'm a former Toyota Paseo owner and they're holding their club xmas dinner there on the 15th which I'm attending.
