I am looking for the little metal trim piece that gose on teh niside of the front bumper cover... it has two brackets that come off of it as well, they attach the to rad support area, if you know what I am talking about, or have a bumper laying around with this stuff on it, lemme know. Did you check if there is any cracks or holes anywhere in your air intake? This will make this happen... It happened with my cracked intake, if this is the case, either throw some silicone on it temporarily or get a new intake.
