Re: MX-3 V6 'No Start,' no code situation . . .
I was thinking its distributor but you said its fairly new. Did you replace it yourself or had shop do it? You wouldn't have receipt for it? Id try another disty just to rule that out.

Solenoid? Are you talking about starter solenoid? Im surprised you have to do emission on 1992 car. In WA its 25 years and you don't have to do emissions. OR is probably different cause you got damn libtards running the state.

Re: Wow this forum has really died down lately...
Its sad that most people on here either sold or wrecked their mx-3's. These little cars are classics now and you dont see many of them anymore. id like to keep mine as long as possible, its still good reliable car with low miles ~134K original miles
If you take care of things they last long time.

Car dying at low temperatures sounds like a bad coolant temp sensor.

Looks like a good project car for someone, too bad you let it go this far.

Re: My 1st GS Mx-3
On these cars ignitor goes out and your car won't start, usually when it warms up. New disty fixes problem. You might do a HEI coil mod, bypass stock ignitor.
