if you are dripping fuel from the tailpipe, then you have a bad injector/bad injector seal. an o ring kit is pretty cheap, make sure to oil up the seals when reinstalling.

I don't know of any other manual belts other than the mx-3 that will fit.

But the cable and motor assembly is one unit. The whole unit will need to be replaced.

buy a new one. Used ones are just a leg away from falling apart anyways.
