Re: Alternator/Electrical Issue

ok deal with the obvious stuff first, replace the charge wire, engine ground and chassis grounds with new wiring, that will eliminate any high resistances thereby reducing any load on the alternator. Next to deal with the trans issue, change the fluid and filter then if that clears up your harsh shi...

Re: will 5 speed transmisson out of a mx-6 work into a V6 MX

yes it fits, externally they are the same, the only difference is the gearing in the mx-6 trans. The v6 fyi is a direct bolt in as well many people upgrade from the 1.8L v6 to the 2.5L for the extra power.

Re: 93 V6 MX3 automatic tranny acting wierd

start with the basics, fluid and filter change, see if it starts in any gear other than P or N, and see what kind of junk is sitting in the oil pan when you change the fluid/filter.

Re: help please!!?!

Re: HELP car wont start when battery in the trunk WHY?

a starter can pull upwards of 200 amps on start up, if you are not sure what fuse to put on there put an amp clamp on it and start it under several different temps and conditions, usually for such a high draw circuit though I use a resettable breaker rated for 200 plus amps. http://firebirdsolar.com...

could be a faulty hei module, best to check to make sure that you are still getting power at the coil and other points to verify the simpler problems.

Re: Sticky Throttle!!URGENT

I had this issue with mine back about a year ago and it go...
