Edit... Car has gone to the scrappers... I have been boxing up parts and notifying people who have all ready talked to me with shipping quotes...

1. I want the lower mounts to the manual seatbelts(the rectangular piece that bolts to the belt, as well as the chassis!), I utterly NEED these actually. Paypal at the ready if you'll part with them!

2. I'm also Interested in the front lip, if shipping to the states isn't a killer.

3. Is the rubber seal around the hatch glass mint, or at least 8/10 condition? If so, I'd like this as well... Maybe we could do a bulk box, I think I could add to the list fairly easily.

4. End caps for the wraparound spoiler? I have a spoiler, but no caps for the forward mounting locations. I've been looking for a set!

Are those pictures before, or after the accident...? Do you think the car is salvageable?

1. I'll see if I have time to rip the seat belts out this week for you and take pictures to make sure I have the parts you need.. Is it fronts or rears??

2. The front lip is starting to rip away from its mounting spot in the center.. I have had someone PM me about it all ready.. What I'll do is remove it when I part the car out and take pictures so you guys can see if its something you'd want... Then I'll go down the list as to who's contacted me first about it...

3. The rubber seals around the hatch glass on the outside has shrunk so its pulling away from the spoiler in both corners... The rubber seal on the inside of the hatch is in good shape though... No rips or anything that I can see, the rubber still feels pretty soft as well...

4. Sorry the end caps on the spoiler are missing on this one as well...


The pics are after the accident... Pictures don't do the accident justice though.. All the damage is structural.. The rear pannel is pushed up and under the drivers tail light.. The frame rail under the drivers side is wrinkled and bent... The rear pannel inside the trunk is pushed in enough where all the trim pieces wont line up anymore and have popped out of place.. The drivers rear quater is wrinkled in a couple places around the gas door as well... In reality the car could be fixed, but insurance wouldn't let me... The only way I could keep the car was to have the vin stripped and a salvage only title put on the car... Its all because these cars are going on 20 years old now... They are only valued at 2 - 3K now...

We've kept it in the mazda family though... We bought a 2003 Protege5 for my gf... Got a really good deal on the car...

where would shipping be from on the struts?

Why not just sell the whole car? The mx-3's I see for sale in my area are in way rougher shape.

The seatbelts will be front only, the ONLY pieces I need are the lower mounts(they're a metal box basically) that bolts to the car, and the belt bolts to the box.

The rest isn't as big of a deal, I absolutely NEED those pieces though.

That car is written off????? I must be blind.

You guys aren't blind... The reason I am not selling the whole car is due to insurnace... Its been written off and the only way insurance would let me keep the car for parts is if they put a dismantle only tittle on it... That means this car can never been insured for road use again... Its a super big shame, I fought with them for 2 weeks trying to get the car fixed but, since most of the damage was structural it was a loosing battle.. The body work to straighten the car out would have cost me to much money...

So I kept it because, I have a KLDE swapped 323 I need parts for... Since the car is in good shape and I know these cars are getting hard to find I wanted to offer up good parts for people...

hopefully I figure out what you are talking about when I take it apart, I'll make sure to take pictures and send them over, that way you can mark the them on the pictures in case I can't...

It shouldn't be too hard, they literally bolt to the chassis beneath the carpet, and the belt bolts directly to them. They're not huge, but definitely aren't small either. The '92 models have the lower belt real in the same location, that's what I am replacing!

For now, my belts are bolted into an odd location, and I'm not comfortable with them being improperly mounted.

wrap around spoiler to 32796, Florida

When I shipped a wraparound spoiler to Miami for Goldmember it cost about $110CDN for shipping and it was damaged. That's just my experience for what it's worth.

Is there any chance that anybody has pictures of the lower mount for manual belts? I really need to snag a set of these, my belts are tearing up my carpet, and are only attached to 1 of the body mounting positions, instead of both...
